Terms
Terms and conditions
The agreement between you and us when you make an account or subscribe.
This policy is an unfinished draft.
It has not been completed or reviewed, and must not be relied on. Nothing is on sale while it says so.

Who you are agreeing with
These terms are between you and [legal name not set], trading as MyWorldsArt (“we”, “us”). By making an account or subscribing you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not make an account.
Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record, which means it is the seller on your receipt and handles payment, invoicing and tax. Its own buyer terms apply to the transaction itself.
Your account
- Give a real email address. It is how we reach you and the only way to recover access.
- Your account is yours alone. Do not share it, sell it, or sign in as somebody else.
- Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think it has been used by someone else.
- Choose a display name that is not offensive, and does not impersonate another person. We may reset a name that breaks this.
- You must be at least 13 to hold an account.
The subscription
One subscription costs $10 per month and covers every MyWorldsArt project, including projects released while you are subscribed. There is no separate purchase per project.
It renews every month until you cancel. What happens in each case:
- You cancel — access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. We do not take another payment.
- A renewal payment fails — access pauses until payment succeeds. Update your card through the billing link on your account page.
- You are refunded — access ends at once, including any part of the period already paid for, because the payment for it has been returned.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
What the subscription is, and is not
Many MyWorldsArt projects are prototypes or still in development, and the subscription is early access to work in progress. Features may change, break, be rebuilt or be withdrawn. A project may never be finished. We do not promise any particular project, feature or release date, and the roadmap is a statement of intent rather than a commitment.
Subscribing grants you a personal, non-transferable permission to use the projects while your subscription is paid for. It does not transfer ownership of anything. The projects, their code, art, music, names and branding remain ours, and you may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer them, or work around the checks that control access.
Using the projects fairly
Do not:
- cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, or interfere with other players’ games;
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone, in multiplayer or anywhere else we host;
- attack the service, probe it for weaknesses without asking us first, or try to overwhelm it;
- use automated means to create accounts or claim access.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we close a paid account for a serious breach, we do not refund the remainder of the period.
Found a security problem? Email myworldsart@gmail.com and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and does not damage or access other people’s data.
Availability
We do not promise the service will always be available. Projects and this site may go offline for maintenance, or because something has broken. We will try to keep interruptions short, and to warn you about planned ones where we can.
If something goes wrong
We provide the service with reasonable care, but as work in progress and without further guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost progress or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem arose.
Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement, including your statutory refund and cancellation rights.
Closing your account
You can stop at any time: cancel the subscription, and email myworldsart@gmail.com if you also want the account and its data deleted. We may close accounts that break these terms, or stop offering the service altogether, in which case we will give notice by email and not charge you for a period you cannot use.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If a change matters to subscribers we will say so on this page and by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, cancel.
